Square Enix Announces Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX and KH for PC Browser
This past Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix announced two new games for the beloved franchise, Kingdom Hearts. The biggest announcement is what a lot of fans have expected for quite some time. Marking the game's tenth anniversary, Square decided to release, or rather re-release, the first game in HD form for the Play Station 3. Not only that but it will include Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories and cut-scenes from Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days. (Watch the trailer below.)
Added to that there will be a RPG PC browser game based on the KH franchise. Tentatively titled Kingdom Hearts for PC Browser, this social game will allow the player to create a customizable avatar and visit various Disney worlds, collect items, cards, and battle, as well as team-up, with other players.
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX will support the PS3 trophy system and is set to be released sometime next year. There is no release date for Kingdom Hearts for PC Browser yet.
Thanks to NickTapalansky (author of the Otaku Coming Home articles) who made all of us Kingdom Hearts fans aware of this.
